Vi. Required Documents
FCC SDOC certification
(1) The product responsible party (manufacturer or importer) shall have the product tested by a testing institution and issue a testing report
(2) After the product passes the test, the corresponding label and warning statement shall be affixed to the product, and the relevant compliance with FCC standards shall be declared in the user manual
(3) Provide the conformity declaration document of the local supplier in the United States
2.FCC ID certification
(1) The product responsible party (manufacturer or importer) shall have the product tested by a qualified testing institution designated by the FCC and issue a test report
(2) Fill in TCB Form 731 according to the test results
(3) In addition to the above, customers are also required to provide relevant product information
