I. Introduction to Certification
In 2016, IC was officially renamed Innovation,Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), which is responsible for the certification of electronic and electrical products entering the Canadian market. The original wireless device IC Certification Number has been renamed ISED Certification Number, but its presentation form on the label remains the same, still IC:XXXXX-YYYYYYYYY.

V. Certification Cycle and Validity Period
Certification period: 3 weeks, certificate validity period: long-term
Vi. Certification Process
Submit samples, application forms and relevant materials;
2. Arrange tests;
3. After the test is passed, a report will be written and a draft report will be produced. Once confirmed by the client, it will be submitted to the FCB for issuance of the certificate.
